Functional Testing
I am very pro-testing, but only under the right circumstances.
Functional testing is incredibly valuable for individualising treatment and uncovering the root cause of your gut issues. To get the most out of tests like gut microbiome analysis, I will only recommend them if clinically indicated and when your body is in the best state for accurate results. Testing is an investment, and I want you to get the maximum benefit from both the results and any follow-up protocol.
