These are things I said all throughout my early 20's. I was put on hormonal contraception at 14 years old in an attempt to reduce my acne. I fell victim to EVERY advertisement Marketing skincare products with the promise of getting rid of my acne because I grew up believing that acne was all that people saw when they looked at me and that didn't feel good. I feared leaving the house because my acne truly ruled my life. I was embarrassed - but I am not embarrassed anymore. A lesson I learnt during my degree and later in life;

Identify internal and lifestyle triggers for breakouts or flare-ups
Optional blood testing (if clinically indicated) to investigate hormones, iron, vitamin D, thyroid, or metabolic markers, otherwise we establish FOUNDATIONS in this session

I won’t promise overnight results, because real skin healing doesn’t happen that way.
