    I prioritise what will have the most impact first, rather than trying to tackle everything at once. There’s no overwhelm, no rigid protocols, and no 20-supplement plans that feel unrealistic or unsustainable. Instead, recommendations are intentional, clearly explained, and tailored to where you’re at right now.

    Education is a core part of every consultation. I want you to understand why something is happening in your body and why certain strategies are being recommended. My role is to connect the dots, guide you, and support you, not to dictate or rush the process. Especially for those feeling burnt out, stressed, or already overwhelmed, care should feel supportive and steady, not like another thing on the to-do list.
